Review on ☕ Redline MK1 Coffee Brewer: Optimum Brew Temperature (195-205°F) & Pre-Infusion Mode for Exquisite Coffee by Miranda Smith

I feel like I need to refine my passion for coffee. My favorite brewing method is the moka pot, which makes a rich, smooth large (10-12 ounce) mug of the god's favorite beverage. I recently got into pourovers. A good coffee grinder is essential so get one, if you don't already have one, get one. I have a Mazzer Super Jolly and a kitchen helper, both do a great job. Now we come to Redline. Put simply, it makes great coffee. I have a Chemex and a Hario V60 and have tried Bonavita and will be returning Bonavita as the burner is defective and could cause a fire. The Redline may not state that it is SCAA certified, but it should be as it meets all the criteria. I've tried Kobrick's Dark Velvet (dark roast) and Mexican (medium roast), both great. A full pot in 7 minutes, 6 from the first drop (per infusion) which I think is a must. The coffee is hot, not bitter or sour. For those who say it's poorly made, I totally disagree. It feels to me like a high-quality, well-designed product that easily costs twice as much. Love the magnet (holds the basket in place), the flow restrictor works smoothly and is the perfect way to keep the burner clean, just closes after the beep and it doesn't drip. I would recommend good filters as they affect the taste in the same way as filtered water. I can't find any reason not to buy this product and I have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars, buy it you won't be disappointed! Additional attractions. 1. Makes a full pot in about 6 minutes with a pre-infusion.2. Brewed at a measured temperature of 200 degrees.3. Keeps coffee hot (180-185 degrees)4. Looks great and works perfectly. The design of the basket is well thought out. Combs are included to help extract the coffee more evenly.b. There is a shut off valve and after a beep when you close the valve your stove is clean. To be honest I thought that since it is much smaller than other products it would be a waste of money, how can it be good? PLEASE trust me this is the best coffee maker you can buy….
