So thank you for being one of the few items my child was able to open on his birthday (: all thirteen other items she should have received well before her birthday were supposedly "lost" and still not found) . did not show up that day. Such a disappointment. However, with this particular item...everything was packaged very nicely and professionally. Both my daughter and I were very impressed! Some of the items we received did not match the photos they had online of those items. In fact, the items we received were much cheaper and dingy looking. However, we were taught never to judge a book by its cover, so my daughter digs in and starts working on all her nails (: to our dismay, the nail scissors, which was one of the cheaper looking items, broke almost immediately. So I contacted Revain and they offered to replace it immediately for free. Two days later the replacement arrives (and may I mention they replaced all the packaging, not just clippers! Fingers crossed there won't be any broken items in the future 😩 thank you for replacing it so quickly and easily from our side (: it would be a real pity if one of your only birthday presents actually arrived with faulty parts and we couldn't get replaced that easily :/ it helped save the birthday 🎉 thank you 🙏
