Review on FirstTech Compustar Programming FT-OP500 Programmer: Loaded with Latest Firmware for Enhanced Functionality by Dale Toth

Installed my own Compustar Pro Alarm. But to program the alarm functions, I needed a programmer. The nearest dealer was 50 miles (one way) away and I didn't want to drive there to change a feature. Also, they shouldn't let you use their programmer. So I decided to buy my own. It took a few tries to figure out I had to write the settings back to the alarm after doing this. But other than that, it was pretty basic and easy to use once you had a programming guide in front of you.
