Does not fit doors with top-hung windows.
This item appears to be of good quality. It also perfectly matched existing screw holes, screw threads etc. No screws were included so it was probably assumed the originals would be reused. Please note that this item ONLY fits doors WITHOUT top-hung windows. For top-hung windows, use a single-lever mechanism with a rail. I wasn't aware of this when I bought it, but I was able to modify this part to fit.
