Things I liked. The LiPo battery is running low. Its easy to program my MMSI number with many youtube videos. By the way, Boat YS members can get an MMSI number for free. Man overboard feature. Ability to encode DSC calls on Chanel 70. Tracks other DSC positions. GPS navigation. Stand. Stainless steel loading pins. Charges in 3 hours. Reliable belt clip. PDF manuals can be downloaded from the Standard Horizon website. large enough to fit into the lanyard hole on the radio body. It fits into the hole on the belt clip. There is no digital data cable support software on the website. practical result. This is a quality portable FM cable that's as good as anything you can buy and better than most. If your boat sinks or you fall overboard, this radio can broadcast your GPS location to others. But its range is limited to a few miles on the surface since the VHF is in line of sight and you're in the water. It has the best range when communicating with rescue aircraft.
