I don't know what everyone else is talking about.

It's so cheaply made I couldn't believe it. This should improve my previous pot, but I think I'll return it instead. The lid doesn't fit, the handle is plastic and mine was scraped out of the box. I washed it with warm water and a rag but I can't get all the residue off - it looks and feels like the remains of a glue gun. I'm not sure if the pot I bought was new even though it was sold as new - it appears to have been used and "restored" - inside the pot is paint, all scratches. That little thing is garbage anyway. It can also be designed in the UK but made in China. Maybe that's what most people assumed, but I figured it was made in the UK at the time of purchase. It looks sleek, sophisticated, and premium in photos, but seriously, when I hold it in my hands, it's as light and thin as my aluminum. travel coffee pot.
