I tried this on two different souls. The first shower tile and a slightly textured surface reminiscent of fine sandpaper. Stuck for a few minutes. The second shower had a smoother finish and the grip is still working after 12 hours. Time will tell if I get it back or not. I find it very well made and sucks great. But you need a glass surface for that. The smoother the surface of the tile, the better it will hold up. I think they should consider including a small tube of gel to maintain suction on textured surfaces. 72-hour check: change from 3 stars to 4 stars. It still sticks to my smooth tile surfaces. Even when I took it off and vacuumed it back onto the tile with water. I would give 5 stars if the description explained the lack of textures or the suction gel was included.
