The actuator was sent promptly because the seller announced shipping. In fact, it arrived a few days before the estimated delivery date. The item was placed in a very safe and secure packaging. I really like this product which I used on my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 ST. A few months ago I had an actuator failure and looked up youtube how to install it instead of taking it to Dodge and spending close to $1000 for a very simple install that can be done in about 10-15 minutes. Dodge wanted to remove my entire dash when only the front panel needed to be removed where the air conditioning controls are located. It was pretty easy after watching the video. It was actually so easy that when I bought another one after the second actuator failed I did it with no video and it took about 7 minutes. This product has made my flow of air and heat stronger and after changing the controls it comes out through the correct opening. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
