I have ordered 2 and both DOAs. I ordered one based on the good reviews. Really makes you think of the good guys. The first one I ordered did everything it was supposed to do except work in general. I connected the power so far so good, I connected 2 outgoing HDMI cables and got 2 red lights, even better then I connected incoming HDMI and here this article deserves 1 star. No red light, no signal. I tried swapping all the cables (remember they all worked fine before I connected them, I tested them all one by one) to no avail. I sent it back for a replacement. I mean, with so many good reviews, how likely was it that I'd get another broken one, right? Well, the odds were 100%. The second was exactly the same as the first. I promise everything on my site has been triple checked. I swapped cords, used a normal working outlet for another product, tried my best and hoped it was my fault. It's not like this. I'm sending the second one back for a refund, I'm not trying the third one. I'll just come back to the brand that had issues with surges but still worked 99% of the time.
