Heavy Duty Key. Installation was easy; no problems at all with installation. My only complaint was that the screws are not as shiny and polished as the picture shows. It doesn't technically matter much, but if you choose anti-theft measures based on my looks - and you're paying $5 for a pair of screws - see if you can get a shinier pair :P. Otherwise, by all means Case worth the money if you ONLY use these screws in your license. plates, then try some blue Loctite threadlocker. Use red Loctite for a stronger hold. If you install an inspection decal bracket separate from the license plate frame on your motorcycle (like I did), you may need to invest another $1 in additional hardware (lock washer, flat washer) from Home Depot.
