It took a while to assemble but wasn't difficult. Not strong enough for a small child's room, but good enough for an older teen or adult. Nothing installable either, it's thin plastic vinyl wrapped around thick wire. Also, the hammer that comes with it isn't the best. I used my rubber mallet (do NOT use a mallet, you will definitely bend it). This is a great space saver, I had to assemble 2 sets and they replaced all the bedroom furniture except for the bed. It's pretty versatile, you can compose any shape you want and place doors that open in any direction. I actually bought 2 more sets for my older kids room. I also centered my (40″) flat screen TVs with the base of the TV resting on 2 pieces of wire frames, but I would make it heavy. 9/10 because they are a bit thin but I like them.
