The mesh baskets are fine (I use filter paper with them) but the holder itself tends to leak. It is not as tight a seal as the original "My K-cup" that came with my Keurig. I've stopped using it, but still pre-fill and use the baskets. BTW I've found that the small containers (like the ones for salad dressing in take-out) can be used to store pre-filled baskets (though I "popped" the depression in the lid up to make room). So I fill a few at a time and have my coffee ready for the day.
