I use one keyboard and one mouse per machine seamlessly on two monitors (with multiple machines in PIP mode with this 43" monitor) with Logitech's MX dongle and MX Master 3 options. In short, you can connect multiple working machines. different operating systems seamlessly and with the right keyboard and mouse you don't need a hardware KVM switch.
