The ladder itself is fairly solid but will not fit "Universal " models
I bought this ladder for my 1994 Tioga Montara which has a straight back. Unfortunately, the edge where the roof meets the rear wall is curved. This ladder would work if that edge was at a 90 degree angle, but my roof brackets were too short and went all the way to the curved part, where there was also no bolt to mount them. Luckily for me there was an electrician on the job who could bend me a tube that I could use. The ladder itself is quite strong, but not universal.
