We can also use this tool to send out promotional emails which are easy to manage through the platform. It's not always clear how to navigate around the system. For example, if you're looking at an event but don't know where it's taking place, or what date it starts - there isn't any obvious way to find these things out without having to ask someone who knows better than yourself. This makes using the service quite difficult in some instances. I would recommend trying it out first before signing up and committing your site to it. We have found it very useful so far. Our member database has grown substantially since we started using the service and we've been able to keep track of all of them more easily.
