Works great! I was expecting decent sound quality and volume given the Sena branding, but to be honest I was very skeptical about the quality of phone calls. I have a Honda Shadow with Vance and Hines pipes making the bike very noisy. very loud. I had extensive conversations with people while driving and I not only heard them well, they also understood me crystal clear. I can't speak on the intercom because I didn't use it. I really like the wired microphone option. I have a full face helmet and don't really want a huge boom mic taking up space in there. The small microphone makes it perfect! Installation: From unpacking to fully assembling, it took about 20 minutes. The mount is very secure. The speakers fit perfectly in my Bell Qualifier. I was able to hide all the cords so I could remove the upholstery for washing without disturbing the cords. The little velcro stickers were a big plus. Overall, I definitely recommend this product! I will probably buy another one for my wife.
