The laser itself seems to work fine. However, the leveling base had a broken screw that raises or lowers the portion of the base needed to level the laser body. I called them and they refused to sell me the screw even after I wholeheartedly agreed to pay for the replacement multiple times. Eventually, the woman said she called Revain and that the only solution agreed between Revain and her company was to return the entire package to Revain, even though the packaging clearly stated that the consumer did not return the item to the point of sale, which was Raven , should send back. So I'm not sure if other consumers are interacting with the company, but my interface was very unsatisfactory and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't let me buy a screw because it's still under warranty. The woman's explanation made no sense and didn't fit my logic. Customer service and business acumen tests. steve
