Dear our Syrian hamster, he simply loves this thing! She used to burrow into her cage to sleep. Ever since I put this in her cage, she sleeps in it every night. She uses the front as a pot so it's easy for me to clean up since all the clutter is in one place. She stores her food and sleeps in the back. I clean it twice a week and she always sets it up the same way. She loves her little house. What I love most is when she gets something she really likes (food, millet spray, a new toy) and she tries to bring it right to her house. Sometimes those things don't come through the hole and we love to watch her tweak a problem to find a solution. She always does! So cute and smart! I already know I'll be buying more of this because she potters in one section and the wood soaks up some pee. I don't want to refer to that word as she chews it sometimes.
