Unboxing: When I opened the box I was pleased to find a copper bar. The packaging kept the bar shiny and intact, but I have to admit there was no enjoyment in the art on the packaging or any real pleasure in opening it. Spring. ok, i was expecting just one rod. Parts: Includes grounding screws and prefabricated rod. The ends are threaded for attaching screws to the frame. As another reviewer mentioned, there are very few things to screw up here, and StarTech excels at not screwing up easily. Installation: I installed this ground bar in my house's 14U wall rack and grounded it to my house's ground wire with 6 gauge copper wire. Luckily, the recent grounding of my gas manifold was enough for me. Most of my network rack gear has grounding screws so they can be easily attached to the rack. Tip: I installed all the screws in advance so I don't have to look for them later when I install the new item. There is no harm, just a boost in sanity.
