This thermometer is one of the few I can read without reading glasses which is a huge bonus for me. It is very easy for me to use and in fact I can use it to take my own temperature quite easily as it beeps when it registers the temperature. To use, I only have to press the button once to prime/clear the display; touch again and bring to the forehead; and then wait for the beep. It glows red when my temperature is above normal, so I don't even have to read the numbers when I'm in a hurry. We got this to keep track of our temperature due to the COVID situation and it works for us (we've been lucky so far). There is a fever tracking feature but we never used it so I cannot comment on that aspect. It seems solid enough and the few times we've used it it seems accurate. We used it before the COVID vaccine and it was exactly the same temp when the nurse took it before she gave us shots so I'd say it's pretty accurate. I like the fact that it's non-contact so I don't have to constantly clean/rub it with alcohol, although I do sometimes to keep it clean. Looks good, hope it lasts a few years. We never seem to have a thermometer when we need one so I hope this makes a difference. We rarely get sick, but it's nice to be able to take our temperature if necessary.
