I don't know how to rate this rug because my main complaint is that it looks NOTHING like the picture. I understand that there is a risk when you buy things from pictures on the internet, but still. The basic pattern on the rug is the same but the colors are completely different than what I expected (I ordered a dark green and gold 6ft x 9ft if you're interested). Green is a dark emerald green, a color that I personally have always disliked in oriental rugs. The gold is more of a dark beige and the colors appear more muted and almost washed out overall. I'm keeping it because the PITA factor associated with sending it back is too overwhelming plus it's a pretty good thick quality mat and I'm sure I'll get used to it. My husband, whose favorite color is green, will be very happy, so that's a plus. Thankfully, this doesn't contrast much with the furniture, which is upholstered in brown leather, which is fairly neutral. That's what I get for trusting an image rather than buying it in person. Next time I have a few hundred dollars to spend on a rug, I'll probably go shopping. Otherwise the packaging and delivery time were quite acceptable and if I decide to take the risk of buying a rug online again I will definitely consider this brand and this store.
