I have 3 of these glasses and at first I liked them a lot. They are comfortable and keep my coffee hot for as long as I need it. However, after washing the lid, I found that the latch that closes the hole is worn and coming loose. This means that every time I drink coffee, the damper closes and nothing comes out. Very annoying! There must be spare caps or a way to clean them without them. This is very disappointing as it was my favorite glass and I got stuck. I don't know how to contact the company.
