The best thing is how simple it's to use, all they have to do is add the item you would like tested when buying your products (or ask one of our qualified techs!). Very easy to communicate with team as well using this software! I think the biggest benefit right now for us is the cost reductions we are seeing thanks to quicker test results, less errors in documentation, etc which lead to lower costs due to better safety. I love that it helps me stay organized in my business with all of our products! It also has helped us keep track of client interactions, as well as being able to input any potential issues or concerns they have had during service delivery (and what we did right!). We are currently using this application at TOTALLY Legal Cannabis Services - one aspect which i absolutely LOVE is how easy its kept management within myself AND clients!!
