Does not fit Makita BO5041 as advertised.

Unfortunately I assumed it would fit my Makita as it was listed in the description and I didn't try it until after the return period. It doesn't fit my Makita properly. Look at image 4 in the advert and you will see a grooved adapter ring that should fit into the back of the pad. This spacer will not accommodate this adapter ring causing it to sit unevenly and unevenly when tightening the bolts.
