These are a great 3-bit size and easy to use. The pumpkin cheesecakes I made looked perfect and professional (if I do say so myself). The pans come with two sets of bottom inserts, so you can cook two batches before having to wash the small slices. The cheesecakes slid out perfectly and the portion on the pan was quickly cleared. Can't wait to make cupcakes and see how it works. One caveat: the edges of small discs are sharp. I left with a few "paper cuts" before realizing what was going on. But once you know, it's easy to be careful.
