2 Pack Tosnail Mini Cheesecake Pan with Removable Bottoms -12 Cavity Review

I was disappointed with this purchase. The frying pan was missing slices and some of the coating came off while baking the first courses.

Works like a charm, very non stick! They made perfect little cheesecakes and they weren't sticky at all. Ordered a second skillet to cook more right away.

I LOVE THIS PAN! Made the best mini cheesecakes. I had to get creative with aluminum foil to cover the bottom so I could leave the pan in a double boiler, but other than that it was easy to use and clean and made a great dessert.

It does the job! Like other reviews it is sharp and cuts. It didn't bother me at first but I had 3 cuts, one of which was deep and was still healing. I need another set so I can get more done in one sitting, but I'll probably look elsewhere.

The concept is great but I'm coming back for a better pan. When unpacking, the metal comes off the panes all over the counter. I baked a batch and there were metal flakes all over the cheesecake. Very frustrating as I have done a lot for my son's graduation. Then when trying to clean the liners I cut my fingers SEVERAL TIMES because the edges of the disc are like razor blades. DO NOT BUY THIS. Terrible quality.

These are a great 3-bit size and easy to use. The pumpkin cheesecakes I made looked perfect and professional (if I do say so myself). The pans come with two sets of bottom inserts, so you can cook two batches before having to wash the small slices. The cheesecakes slid out perfectly and the portion on the pan was quickly cleared. Can't wait to make cupcakes and see how it works. One caveat: the edges of small discs are sharp. I left with a few "paper cuts" before realizing what was going on…

. When washing, I stuck the panes together and scratched them terribly. The cooking is phenomenal! Ideal for brownies, cheesecake, mini apple pies, quiches and apple rose. KEEP IN MIND. DO NOT reach into the cut out area of the pan again. Today I cut my finger to the bone on the inside edge of the pan. Washing each slice individually makes it better than what I had to begin with. In general they work fine. Be careful with the inserts and where you take the pan.

Now this is one of my favorite pieces in my kitchen! I was a little apprehensive given the price but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I've made mini cheesecakes in them and didn't even use nonstick spray (I forgot) but they turned out great. I rated it somewhere between 3.5 and 4 but had pretty good success with it so I picked four. I ordered four of these for the open house. For the most part they worked fine. Half of a regular cheesecake recipe is about 24. While it shouldn't be sticky, I find it best to drizzle the bottom with cooking spray or melted butter. as this makes it easier to remove the floor.
