Review on 2 Pack Tosnail Mini Cheesecake Pan with Removable Bottoms -12 Cavity by Amanda Adams

Now this is one of my favorite pieces in my kitchen! I was a little apprehensive given the price but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I've made mini cheesecakes in them and didn't even use nonstick spray (I forgot) but they turned out great. After the cream cheese had cooled a bit, I was able to easily pull it out using the removable bottoms. They slid right off the small disc leaving no mess. Anyone who's baked cheesecake knows that removing leftovers stuck to the sides can be a chore, especially after they've dried. I made the cheesecakes for a party later in the day, so I didn't get a chance to clean the pan until the next day, but it came off almost completely by simply rinsing it under water before using a kitchen towel. I think I'll order a second one so I can make more batches faster.
