Broken glass framed

It's bad enough that I had to put my dog to sleep and then had to deliver this frame with the glass broken into several small pieces. I didn't even take it out of the bubble wrap as there was glass all over the inside of the box. There wasn't even a "Fragile" sticker on the box!
