I wanted to be able to hear my Spotify around the house without spending an obscene amount replacing speakers, receivers and a Wi-Fi speaker system. That's exactly what I need. It took a while to set the volume (three different places to set the volume: my phone, this modulator, and the stereo itself), but once they're where they should be, the sound quality is pretty good. The range is outstanding. It's more than enough to cover most households. I have a friend who lives about a quarter mile away and he can tune in and here it is clear. There may be better quality alternatives, but this does the job well. I don't complain at all and neither do my friends when they come. Everyone asks how I'm doing.
