Will update as we install. So far I am very impressed with the arrival condition and carefully packaging of this item. As far as I can tell no parts are missing. It is quite lovely! Brass valve is heavy and feels well built. Shower heads are plastic as are the threads in same. Not too wild about THAT.Would have preferred all metal threads and parts but very hard to find these days. After much searching online , and at home improvement brick and mortar, I settled on this one from ebay because of the great reviews and reasonable price. Update pending after install. We shall see. Bathroom remodel.* Note the valve will not work with other brands* but I knew this B4 purchase via Q&A on ebay for this product so, be aware
