I read the instructions before use and was not concerned when it was said that the adapter would become hot with use. I had no problems using it for two weeks. Picture and sound were excellent. Then it stopped working, but I knew it was connected because a QR code was displayed on the TV screen. Before sending it back I decided to give it another try and it works! My lesson learned, DO NOT LEAVE IT CONNECTED BETWEEN USES. I hope to be able to use it for a few months.
