I have had a vacuum for almost eight years now. At first I thought I was buying without a bag and was very disappointed when I assembled it and found it was in a bag. However, my disappointment turned to relief when I discovered how well the bags hold dust. I didn't have the problem of static electricity causing all the dirt and allergens to stick to the bin. These bags hold a lot and are very easy to use.
