A Sailor Moon fan was happy about this gift!
This was a gift for my friend who grew up watching Sailor Moon and hasn't lost her love for anime. Personally she hasn't used it on her makeup because I'm sure she keeps them until she's ready to break them lol. But when she opened it the brushes were really soft and seemed to be of great quality. The handles are very beautiful and durable. Between the parts and their weight, they should last long after the brushes themselves have been used. I guess in the end she will keep the pens for her collection even if the last stubble has fallen off :P
