Update 4/17 The company emailed again asking them to review the product again. The bubbles are no longer noticeable after a few days and I no longer have any problems with the screen protector. Update: 03/19/18 The company responded almost immediately, offering a replacement and estimating that the air pockets would be gone within 3 days. They also advise dressing in hot water showers to avoid dust, which they say causes air pockets. Why are they offering a replacement, photos showing compliance have been requested. They haven't fixed the missing squeegee issues yet so not sure if the installation instructions are wrong/template plate or if it should have been included, just a bug with one exception. ______________ I have contacted the seller to see if they are addressing the issues listed below and will update accordingly. The product arrived but the scraper was missing, it is listed in the instructions for use as a necessary part to remove air pockets / bubbles. I'm not sure if this will solve my air pocket problem, but the instructions that came with it seem to say so. A good fit and installation is what you would expect from this type of product. Care is required but not too difficult.
