As a mobile DJ, I'm constantly looking for ways to clean and streamline my cabling. I used to use masking tape or tape to make my own snakes. A "snake" is a bundle of wires that certain devices (power cords, speaker wires, etc.) require. I would use duct tape to create ONE run of wire instead of two separate runs. The problem was that the electrical and cutting table fell apart leaving dirty stains on very expensive cables. I found myself rewriting them several times a year. Out of frustration, I looked for a new option. I don't remember how. but it was this tape that turned up in the search. So far, so good! I would recommend using scissors or a razor blade to cut the tape cleanly. Good product.
