I have a relatively small wrist and ring size, so I thought S/M would be fine for me. In the end it got VERY tight. I wore it for about 10 minutes to see if I could handle it and it left marks on my skin. If you are an adult I would choose M/L just to be on the safe side. Other than that, it's a cute band and looks really solid and casual paired with cute bangles. The fabric is also soft and comfortable to wear to work etc. I was able to get a refund for the product and would like to buy the next size up.
