Because of the price I was afraid the sizes would be a bit different and the quality so low that I would be uncomfortable putting it on the dining table. . However, it is actually very good quality and looks great on my dining table. It's both durable and soft, and the colors are very accurate to how it looked on my display. As others have warned, it had an odor - mainly in the central area. I was able to pull it out fairly easily. I first soaked it in warm water with dish soap and borax. Then I washed it on the gentle cycle with detergent and borax. Both times I air dried it outside on a rack. I let it air out for a few days. It doesn't smell at the moment. It's long enough to accommodate my dining table when I add leaves, and it looks great with my fall centerpieces. This is exactly what I wanted and a good buy.
