Non stick suitable for cookware sets

We bought these with such high hopes but all three were thrown away in just 6 weeks because everything was such a mess. This pancake was cooked with a tablespoon of butter to prevent sticking, but it was still sticky. You end up spending money on pans and the extra oil/oil you have to use when cooking (not to mention the negative effects on your health from using that much oil or butter).
