cables are excellent. And it's one of the few that runs 100% error-free on SATA3 drives - at a full 6G. 3ware is much thicker and throws MANY errors at full 6G and in fact sometimes my HBA gives up and uses 3ware at 3G. However. The small metal spring clips on the ends of these cables on the HBA/RAID controller side are not very good. I had to use tiny tools to bend the ultra-thin sheet metal they used as springs further outward to get a CLIP when plugged into the RAID card. otherwise they may vibrate and cause data loss. To clarify, only the HBA/RAID side is problematic, the 4 ends going into the SATA drives or the backplane worked fine without any adjustments. In case you're interested, I used them with an LSI Megaraid 9260-8i in a Supermicro backplane.
