Update: As promised the seller sent a replacement assembly and replacement parts for defective ones, I will attribute it to a manufacturing defect in the steel gears issue. I admire the customer support for the BMG clone and have changed my rating! Update: The new extruders work great, I'm just unlucky, I got a bad one. I ordered multiple units and many of them arrived with parts missing.1. The stepper motor gear had no hole drilled for the grub screw, it could not be used.2. Missing spring and door handle. One unit appears to be well made and working properly, the other two units each failed in less than 4 days (shown). Things. If it works, it's great. If the quality is low, it's a disaster. If you want a BMG clone, this is the best option for less than $20. You just have to keep a very close eye on it and return/replace it if it is a defective unit.
