Just what I was looking for
This is a straight forward collar but well executed. The slack in the chain allows for the warning before the pinch. My lab is very high energy but this collar lets me walk him with no pulling. The few times he does try, the collar does it’s job without being too painful. He has never yelped or shown pain when it is pulled tight, but he always comes right back to my side.
- Can be used in conjunction with other training methods
- May not be suitable for dogs with a history of hip dysplasia or other joint problems
