After looking at replacement rims for a while I was able to buy from Acura for $100 a side. But since the disc started shaking with every ride after heating up, I decided to see what other options there were. I could have gone with the vented perforated disc but figured it was more than I needed. I found them with no reviews so I was a bit reluctant. I checked reviews on other websites and found positive reviews for other car sizes so I ordered this one. They arrived much quicker than expected, $166 for a set so cheaper than OEM and with free shipping. The packaging was great. The rotors feel as heavy as the OEM, I haven't weighed them on a scale but felt them in either hand compared to the OEM and they are very similar. They arrive black in color but the instructions say they wear out quickly to show what is in the picture. After my old rotors were taken off and how fun it was to pull off the mounting bolts, they ran great. Mounting screw holes and jacking holes perfectly matched the OEM holes. Driving test: This black finish bothered me a bit at first, so I only drove short stretches at low speed to run a few errands. Only about 5 miles. When braking to a gradual slow stop, they work as smoothly as if the car were brand new. But when you hit that perfect stop, there's a lot of shaking as the discs come to a complete stop. This was disconcerting at first and when I got to my destination I took a look at the discs and saw that most of the paint had worn off where the pads were holding the disc. When I got home the shaking was gone. stopped, which I would attribute to the complete removal of the paint. Again a total of 5 miles. Went on another trip the next day and they worked great. I am very happy with them, they are very smooth and the grooves keep my pads clean which I think was part of the problem with my old discs. Don't forget to run 300-400 km before breaking in new discs!
