I like that it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface and comes with tons of tools from our dashboard. It's also very customizable if you know what features are important for your business. We've been using Ultra for about two years now. There really isn't anything not to love so far! Sometimes we have issues where messages do not go through when sending them via WhatsApp or other messaging apps but this only happens occasionally after hours (usually at night) but since they send me support tickets within minutes I can talk to someone instantly! We're solving customer retention by sending text message campaigns out once a month to customers who haven't engaged in 6 months.
