Review on SMS Tech Solutions, LLC by Javarie Brumfield

We worked with them for about 6 months from inception through implementation of their solution into our existing platform in order to address mobile payments amongst students enrolled at my school district. They had many great ideas that they shared but ultimately didn’t seem very organized or aligned - it was difficult keeping up with what they were working towards as well as how we could align ourselves within those plans. It took us several weeks just trying to get everything lined out so when I finally understood everything there wasn't much left over for me to work off of because all prior efforts have been made by this team before coming onto the project. The biggest issue is getting clear communication between both parties throughout the process and making sure everyone has an understanding/goal post around where things are going. In terms of cost management, they came in under budget (which surprised us).
