Review on Pirelli Ice Zero FR 235/65 R17 108H winter by Michal Dobiasz ᠌

Not my best purchase, could have found something else.

In general, these are tires for small settlements, with snowy winters, where most of the coverage is snow of various conditions, and a small number of cars do not have time to roll it down to ice. Has pros: On dry and wet pavement - excellent! Under these conditions, it behaves perfectly, it is quiet, it holds the road well, it slows down well. When driving in a straight line, exactly in a straight line !, on snow of any degree of looseness / rolling, it rows like a caterpillar tractor, it gives the impression of complete permissiveness. But that's where the pluses end. Cons below: On slush, rolled snow and ice, it slows down only with the help of ABS and some kind of mother, you need to drive very carefully. On dry pavement, he loves ruts very much, and even more so on rolled snow, and it’s almost useless to get out of it, you still slide. Now about turns - when driving on loose snow, in porridge, and even more so on icy surfaces, turns are stressful. It seems that lateral skidding is an end in itself for this rubber, there is practically no lateral retention.
