Review on GREATMAG Strong Industrial Magnets with Countersunk Heads by Rick Rogers

These are mug magnets about 1 inch overall diameter and about 5/8 inch thick. The ad claims a 60 pound withholding. I seriously doubt it. I see for sure 10-15, maybe even until 20.60? NO. I used 3 of these to reattach the turn signal box to my bike. These are 3 such magnets in direct contact with steel. If they held 60 lbs I would have a hard time removing the signal pod (it's now near perfect for needs so I'm not docking anything because of the incorrectly claimed holding power as I was expecting a lot). less than indicated). The hole is perfect for the M10 mounting screw. The supplied screws are good, but were not enough for me. so for info. m10 is perfect when you need a little longer. The packaging is great and those plastic spacers make a HUGE difference in separating the magnets. I absolutely recommend these magnets for just about any need you might need for a 1 inch magnet. .
