I liked how easy it was to set up, integrate with our accounting software, and use as an ERP system for all of our plants in different states. There is so much room for customization - we were able to customize almost everything from the initial setup through implementation. We have been very happy with this product since going live about two years ago. It has helped us streamline several processes including work orders, scheduling, inventory management, etc. We are also using the mobile app which allows employees to submit their own work order directly off of their phone without having to wait for someone else to do it. This helps reduce overhead costs by reducing time spent entering data into the system. Our biggest challenge at the moment is keeping track of where things are coming from (i.e., vendor or employee).
