My Fleetwood Expedition's Kwikee treads started to click very loudly when closed. After removing the motor from the steps, I saw that one of the teeth on the gear on the linkage side was broken. I have tried replacing just the large gear but due to the design of the lever part this is not possible. The new connection arrived as expected and the reinstallation took about 15 minutes. Now my stepper works great and I saved over $600 by replacing the broken part instead of the entire stepper assembly.
