Bought to do it myself on a 2009 Honda Pilot after being offered $300-$400 to do it at a local dealer. We already had a trailer mount installed, but there was no power connection. It took about 1 hour, the biggest problems were finding the right drill bit to drill a pilot hole in the steel frame and removing the cap from the factory electrical connector underneath the car. The finished product looks great, works well, and most importantly, costs me a lot less if I make it myself. Note that when towing a small RV you may need a 7 pin to 4 pin adapter as I didn't consider this until I installed the product.
