Excellent product no instructions

This is a 5 star product but I have downgraded it due to difficulty in obtaining instructions and their accuracy. This hand shower was very expensive but worth it as Moen is a quality brand. If you need a lot of water and high pressure, don't buy it. But if you want to save water, lower your water bill, and enjoy a refreshing, gentle, and steady flow of water, this is for you. Less hot water consumption also means less electricity/gas consumption. The bathroom isn't fogged up either. It's backed by a lifetime warranty and the attractive LifeShineยฎ finish is guaranteed not to tarnish, corrode or peel. I have had Moen products before and they are under warranty. I installed it before surgery to adjust the three function shower head to a comfortable height for the shower chair. The 69 inch hose and hand shower make showering easy even if you are restricted. The height and angle of the shower head can be easily adjusted using the slider. Cons: You must first purchase the model required for installation (A725), sold separately. You will likely need a short nipple (1/2" x 1-2") to mount the dripper flush to the wall. Second, the instructions were not included with the product. went to moen.com, pulled out the model number, but still no download instructions. After half an hour of searching their website I found download instructions for the 3869BN model which fits several models including this one. The only difference is the shower head. The instructions indicate that you must drill 7/64" pilot holes to determine if there is a study behind the wall where you plan to install the slide bar. If a stud is present, you will be prompted to drill 5/16" diameter holes and use the included 1/2" wood screws to install the rail mounts. This will make the holes 1/16 inch larger than the bolts and will not stay in the bolt. 3/16" holes make more sense. You may need to drill a 1/4" to 5/16" shallow hole in the tile or other surface for the screws to go through, but not in the rack. There are also a cavity wall option that requires drilling 5/.8" shift pin holes is also provided. Depending on the surface you are drilling through, this can be difficult. I had to buy a 5/8" diamond tipped tile drill bit (like a hole saw) for about $20 to drill through porcelain stoneware. Back then, the holes weren't big enough to fit through! I had to drill at a slight angle and widen our holes to make them big enough. Once installed, the slide bar is extremely strong. The rest of the installation is straightforward. Great product, poor installation instructions.
